IO2 – CreativEU Employer: a Training Programme for Employers

IO2 concerns the development and the pilot implementation of a transformative educational programme based on digital storytelling, addressed to employers, owners of small businesses, HR managers and managers, who manage culturally diverse work teams in small and rural contexts.

The programme is based on the findings of O1, in order to accompany managers’ and staff capacities to understand the cultural differences which exist among their team members and thus, be able to deliver diversity training to their staff members.
